Job Description:
A reputed Client is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee operations and leasing for a large-scale, high-rise residential property (1,000+ units) in New York City. This role requires a strong leader with deep leasing, resident relations, and operational management experience in high-density communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-rise residential community

  • Lead, train, and manage leasing and on-site property teams

  • Drive leasing performance, occupancy, and renewal strategies

  • Ensure exceptional resident experience and resolve escalated issues

  • Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting

  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure service-level compliance

  • Ensure compliance with NYC regulations, fair housing laws, and company policies

  • Partner with ownership and asset management to achieve property goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in property or community management

  • Proven experience managing high-rise or 1,000+ unit properties

  • Strong leasing, marketing, and occupancy management background

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, or similar)

  • Knowledge of NYC real estate regulations and leasing practices

Nice to Have:

  • Luxury or Class A residential experience

  • Experience managing multiple leasing teams

  • CAM or other property management certifications
