Community Groundskeeper

We are currently seeking a skilled groundskeeper for a property management firm in Jacksonville to maintain and enhance the curb appeal and value of our properties. The candidate will be responsible for the daily upkeep/curb appeal of the property, including grounds pickup, trash removal, lobby and hallway cleaning, and assisting maintenance technicians as needed. This is a full-time position split between two communities.

The selected applicant must demonstrate a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Job Duties Include:

· Meticulous upkeep of community grounds

· Pick up trash and dispose of it in designated receptacles

· Empty waste receptacles throughout the community

· Industrial cleaning where appropriate

· Clean and polish floors, hallways, etc.

Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Must have reliable transportation

· Must have a valid driver’s license

· Must be able to handle moderate lifting

· Background check and pre-employment drug test
