Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Compensation: $22-25/hr DOQ

Overview
The Social Impact Program Coordinator supports the execution and reporting of community engagement and corporate giving initiatives. This role manages donation processing, data tracking, compliance documentation, and communications to ensure programs operate efficiently and transparently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-driven, and comfortable balancing financial tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination in a mission-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and process donations, sponsorship payments, and matching gift requests to ensure timely execution of initiatives
Administer the giving platform, including review of organization nominations and management of related communications
Manage intake and tracking of incoming donation and sponsorship requests
Establish and maintain community engagement databases, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection
Track KPIs and community engagement metrics; develop dashboards and status reports to support leadership reporting
Coordinate data gathering and verification for surveys, annual reports, and other Social Impact reporting requirements
Support contract administration, donation agreements, and MOUs, including documentation tracking and compliance monitoring
Maintain organized records to ensure adherence to internal controls and external requirements
Oversee updates to internal and external Social Impact web content
Develop templates, presentations, and storytelling materials to highlight program impact
Support budget tracking, forecasting, and workflow improvements related to payments and documentation
Coordinate sponsorship events and community engagement activities, including logistics, attendee tracking, and follow-up reporting
Manage shared inbox communications and administrative coordination, including scheduling and meeting preparation
Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, nonprofit administration, program coordination, or related operational roles
Experience processing payments, managing budgets, or supporting financial tracking workflows
Strong data management skills, including experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and KPI tracking
Experience administering web content or communication platforms
Familiarity with contract documentation, compliance tracking, or grant/donation administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational accuracy and follow-through
