Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute internal and external communications as a Communications Specialist, including announcements, campaigns, and leadership messaging
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistent, on-brand communication strategies
• Create engaging content (emails, intranet, social, press materials) that drives connection and engagement
• Support organizational initiatives and change management through clear, effective communication
• Measure and analyze communication effectiveness, bringing forward ideas to enhance impact

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Communications Specialist or in a similar communications/marketing role
• Agency background strongly preferred; internal marketing or communications experience also welcomed
• Strong writing and copy development skills across multiple audiences
