Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute internal and external communications as a Communications Specialist, including announcements, campaigns, and leadership messaging
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistent, on-brand communication strategies
- Create engaging content (emails, intranet, social, press materials) that drives connection and engagement
- Support organizational initiatives and change management through clear, effective communication
- Measure and analyze communication effectiveness, bringing forward ideas to enhance impact
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Communications Specialist or in a similar communications/marketing role
- Agency background strongly preferred; internal marketing or communications experience also welcomed
- Strong writing and copy development skills across multiple audiences
