What You'll Do Day-To-Day
Implements and develops internal and external communications in support of company goals.
Provides information and communications to improve employee and community understanding and acceptance of company operations, programs, policies and issues.
Supports development of communications activities to engage external publics.
Develops and communicates key messages to employees and external publics.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Basic understanding of the Company product and service offerings.
Familiarity with marketing channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
Good communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
Ability to assist in planning and executing campaigns. Knowledge of how to craft messages for different audiences.
Total Rewards Package
Salary: $29.60 - $38.80 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
