Job Title: Ethics & Compliance Coordinator – Anti-Corruption Due Diligence
Location: Indianapolis, IN - Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Compensation:23-26/hr DOQ
Type: 6 month contract

Overview

The Ethics & Compliance Coordinator provides operational support for the Anti-Corruption Due Diligence (ACDD) program, ensuring timely and accurate processing of third-party compliance reviews outside the United States. This role plays a critical part in maintaining program integrity through organized documentation, stakeholder coordination, and structured reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced compliance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and track ACDD assessments and renewals in partnership with business engagement owners.

  • Monitor and manage the ACDD shared inbox, triage requests, route inquiries, and maintain response logs.

  • Conduct periodic access roster reviews to confirm appropriate system permissions.

  • Organize and maintain historical ACDD documentation in alignment with record retention requirements.

  • Support audit readiness and compliance reviews by preparing accurate and complete records.

  • Assist with monitoring activities related to anti-corruption compliance and follow up on corrective actions.

  • Generate ad hoc and recurring reports to track due diligence status and program metrics.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure due diligence processes are completed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

  • Experience in compliance, legal operations, or administrative support preferred.

  • Familiarity with third-party risk management tools such as Aravo, ServiceNow, or Third Party Manager is a plus.
