COMMODITY EXPORT TRANSLOADING PLANT MANAGER

- Lead, train, and supervise all plant personnel to ensure optimal performance and teamwork.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of plant operations and equipment functionality.
- Coordinate inbound scheduling with suppliers and the corporate team to maintain efficient workflow.
- Oversee shipping, transportation, and the quality of inbound and outbound materials to meet company standards.
- Supervise all plant employees, including maintenance staff, to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Schedule and assist with plant maintenance as needed, supporting a proactive approach to equipment care.
- Manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program and promptly communicate equipment breakdowns to the corporate team.
- Prepare and manage capital budgets and expenditures for plant operations.
- Oversee and manage the financial aspects of the transload facility to achieve budgetary goals.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures and safe operating procedures throughout the plant.
- Collaborate with corporate management to recommend and develop appropriate staffing levels for facility operations.
- Facilitate, implement, and sustain plant safety initiatives to promote a safe working environment.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in inbound logistics, packing, inventory management, and outbound shipments.
- Conduct audits and inspections by government authorities and customers, ensuring compliance with export country requirements and maintaining export licenses.

- Education: An associate’s degree or completion of a vocational/technical certification or licensure program in a related field is typically expected.
- Experience: Candidates must have at least 5 years of directly related experience in bulk commodity handling.
- Valid forklift and loader licenses and operational experience are also necessary.
- Computer & Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications and spreadsheets is required, with a preference for MS Office experience.
- Work Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed.

- As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. - Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
- Base salary range of $93,000-$115,000;
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
