Join a growing construction firm as a Commercial Traveling Superintendent in Naples, Florida, where you will lead exciting grocery store remodels and ground-up projects including a grocery store, with project sizes ranging from $650,000 to $10 million. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Traveling Superintendent position include:
- Experience with remodel and ground-up construction projects; oversee grocery store construction from preconstruction through completion
- Ability to manage projects ranging from $650,000 remodels to $10 million ground-up builds; ensure schedules, quality, and site execution stay on track
- Willingness to work 100% on site; supervise daily field operations and coordinate subcontractors at the jobsite
- Ability to travel across multiple states including Florida, New York, Texas, Louisiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and Pennsylvania; support projects throughout a broad geographic territory
- Experience working directly with teams and leadership; communicate closely with a highly involved and accessible boss and team
- Familiarity with Procore, email, and cell phone communication; manage documentation, updates, and field coordination efficiently
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills; work with subcontractors and adapt to jobsite needs while maintaining progress
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance reimbursement, vacation of 5–8 days, national holidays, an end-of-year bonus, per diem, truck allowance, monthly expense reimbursement, hotel costs covered, and biweekly pay.
