We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Commercial Title Analyst role for a prestigious Regional Bank.

The Commercial Title Analyst is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Analyze title commitments, preliminary title reports, surveys, appraisals, and flood determinations for commercial real estate collateral.
  • Identify and resolve title issues in coordination with lending staff, credit supervisors, escrow, title companies, and legal counsel.
  • Prepare and maintain lender’s instructions, SNDAs, tenant estoppels, and related documents to protect the Bank’s lien position across multiple states.
  • Serve as liaison between internal teams and external partners to perfect collateral for CRE and C&I loans.
  • Identify title endorsements and exceptions; perform quality control reviews of title work prepared by other analysts.
  • Provide guidance to Loan Administrators and Documentation Specialists; maintain title policies and procedures.
  • Prepare loan documents in LaserPro, create management reports, participate in CCR/ILM testing, and perform other assigned duties.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with specialized education in Title Work/Title Law.
  • 5+ years of commercial real estate title or related experience.
  • Heavy Commercial Title Experience is a must.
  • Advanced knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Title Law.
  • Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple loans in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Loan system experience required (FIS preferred) and document imaging system experience.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Multi-state commercial real estate title experience.
  • Experience with loan documentation, closing, and collateral monitoring.
  • Familiarity with CCR and ILM systems.
Pay Rate Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
