Description

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise day‑to‑day site activities for commercial construction projects
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to maintain project momentum
• Enforce strict safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Review and interpret plans, drawings, and technical documents to maintain build accuracy
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and support the project team with proactive decision‑making
• Maintain professional communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
• Oversee quality control and ensure workmanship meets company and industry standards

Profile

• Extensive experience supervising commercial construction projects
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Solid understanding of commercial safety procedures and compliance requirements
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with teams and stakeholders
• Experience with construction management software (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving site needs
• High school diploma required; degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is a plus
• Background in regional commercial construction is highly desirable
