Commercial Sales Engineer – HVAC
Dallas, TX | $80K+ Base + Commission

About Us: We are a national commercial HVAC and energy solutions provider delivering installation, service, retrofit, and maintenance solutions to enterprise customers across multiple industries.

The Role: We are seeking a Commercial Sales Engineer to manage and grow key accounts in the Dallas market. This role focuses on selling HVAC service agreements, retrofit projects, and construction solutions while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Grow revenue within assigned commercial accounts
  • Sell service contracts and project-based HVAC solutions
  • Identify new opportunities and expand existing partnerships
  • Review estimates and ensure margin targets are met
  • Negotiate pricing and support bid processes
  • Collaborate with operations and estimating teams
  • Maintain pipeline activity in Salesforce

Qualifications
  • 3–7+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical sales experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and commercial building operations
  • Experience with service agreements and project sales
  • Ability to read blueprints and review estimates
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
