Commercial Roof Installer

Must be able to work at various job sites all over the greater Puget Sound Area

Install, repair, and replace flat commercial roofing systems
Remove existing roofing materials and prepare surfaces for installation
Install insulation, vapor barriers, and roof accessories
Perform heat-welded seams, adhesive applications, and mechanical fastening
Read and follow blueprints, specifications, and manufacturer installation requirements
Ensure work meets local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Identify and report roof damage, defects, or safety concerns
Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times
Work effectively as part of a roofing crew and follow supervisor direction

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in commercial flat roofing
Knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and tools
Ability to safely work at heights and in varying weather conditions
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods
Basic math and measuring skills
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
