Commercial Real Estate Transaction Manager
Employment Type: 12-month assignment (potential to extend)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $31-$36/hr. (+- based on experience)
Location: 100% onsite in Winston-Salem, NC

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Real Estate Operations Coordinator to support a large enterprise real estate team. This role will focus on a key documentation remediation project while assisting with day-to-day operational support across multiple teams.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and update property and lease data in internal systems and Excel trackers
  • Support a remediation initiative to ensure accurate property documentation
  • Organize records, track deliverables, and manage administrative workflows
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Lease Administration and Business Execution
  • Conduct outreach to businesses and municipal offices to verify information


What You Bring

  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Data entry, administrative, or coordination experience
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills, including phone and email outreach

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Costar Real Estate Manager
  • Background in real estate, property compliance, or permits
