Commercial Property Manager

(Onsite In Office, Full‑Time)

Our client, a long‑standing commercial real estate organization based in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a proactive Commercial Property Manager to support their commercial property management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced office environment, communicates professionally, and enjoys a blend of administrative, operational, and tenant‑facing responsibilities.


Base salary: $70,000-$95,000 + bonus potential

Commercial Property Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and manage commercial properties, including maintenance, safety, and aesthetics
  • Coordinate vendors, service requests, bids, and contract compliance
  • Administer leases and manage tenant, owner, and municipal relations
  • Oversee capital projects, tenant improvements, and on‑site staff
  • Prepare budgets, review cash flow, and manage receivables in partnership with accounting
  • Respond to after‑hours emergencies
  • Promote teamwork and follow company policies and best practices

Commercial Property Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years commercial property management experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
