Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Project Manager (Epoxy Flooring & Painting) position include:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial painting, epoxy flooring, or related construction industries (flooring experience preferred)
- Prepare estimates and proposals based on labor, equipment, and material costs; prior sales and estimating experience preferred
- Manage full project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, procurement, crew coordination, and quality control
- Oversee projects ranging from $1K to $200K in commercial epoxy flooring and painting
- Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM software (HubSpot preferred; open to other CRM and estimating software experience)
- Lead field crews, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring adherence to safety standards
- Track project performance, maintain CRM pipeline data, and provide progress reporting
- Ability to work primarily in-office (approximately 80%) with local site visits within one hour as needed
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical coverage (50% employer-paid), 401(k) eligibility after 90 days with 100% match on the first 3% and 50% match on the next 2%, quarterly profit share/performance bonuses, 2 weeks of PTO (increasing with tenure), company vehicle provided after one month (with $0.75 per mile reimbursement during the first month), and a flexible Monday–Friday schedule typically starting around 6:00 AM.
