A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE COMMERCIAL LOAN SERVICING SPECIALIST

As the Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist, you will play a key role in the ongoing support of commercial loans post-close. In this position you will: process unposted commercial loan payments and participation loan payments, onboard commercial loans to the core banking system; process commercial loan advances; oversee system generated reports and customer notices; provide internal / external customer service and monitor, complete and assign servicing requests; prepare and send monthly billing statements; process closed loans; complete SBA loan submissions; prepare / review payoff letters; and other loan servicing related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE COMMERCIAL LOAN SERVICING SPECIALIST

• Associate's degree in business or related field preferred;
• Two year's prior banking experience required, commercial loan servicing preferred;
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills required;
• Demonstrated attention to detail;
• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
