In this role, you aren't just processing paperwork; you are a strategic partner to our clients. You will manage a dedicated book of business, ensuring our commercial partners have the coverage they need to succeed.
Base Salary + Commission
Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, providing expert guidance and high-touch service.
Renewal Strategy: Oversee the full renewal cycle, including information gathering, marketing to carriers, and presenting comprehensive proposals.
Policy Administration: Efficiently process endorsements, certificates of insurance (COIs), and policy changes with high attention to detail.
Carrier Advocacy: Negotiate with underwriters and carriers to secure the most competitive terms and coverage options for your clients.
Claims Support: Provide initial guidance and advocacy for clients during the claims process.
Requirements
What Were Looking For (Requirements)
Licensing: Must hold an active Florida 2-20 (General Lines) license.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management within an independent agency setting.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of General Liability, Workers Comp, Commercial Auto, Property, and Umbrella policies.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Agency Management Systems (e.g., Agency Zoom, AMS360) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication: Ability to translate complex insurance jargon into clear, actionable advice for business owners.
