Rani Alfers Farmers Insurance Agency is a growing, relationship-driven agency specializing in commercial Property & Casualty insurance. We are looking for an experienced Remote Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team and support clients with complex and specialty insurance needs.

This role is ideal for a commercial producer who enjoys working with business owners, understands agency workflows, and is comfortable handling nuanced risks across multiple industries. Youll work remotely while collaborating closely with our internal team to deliver thoughtful, well-structured coverage solutions. Open to discussing remote opportunity based on business needs.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Consult with commercial clients to understand business operations and risk exposures
• Quote, present, and sell commercial insurance policies, including specialty and niche risks
• Develop tailored coverage solutions in partnership with underwriting teams
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Prospect and grow a book of commercial business through referrals and targeted outreach
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and carrier appetite
• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and follow-up throughout the policy lifecycle

• Active insurance producer license (Commercial)
• Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Producer
• Background working within an insurance agency environment
• Experience with carriers such as Farmers, Allstate, or similar preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial risks, coverage structures, and policy forms
• Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely while staying accountable to goals
