We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to support and service an established commercial book of business with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and long-term client relationships. This role operates in a professional, collaborative environment with clear expectations, strong leadership support, and flexibility through a hybrid work schedule.
- Base salary $50,000 to $63,000

Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance accounts, including policy changes and coverage updates
- Conduct annual reviews, six-month checkups, and coverage rounding discussions
- Respond to client phone calls and emails regarding policy questions and service needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely, compliant policy servicing
- Collaborate with internal team members to deliver consistent, high-quality client support
Requirements
- Property and Casualty license preferred
- Solid understanding of commercial insurance coverages and service workflows
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts
