Commercial/IndustrialHVAC Trained Technician
- Basic Tasks including painting, clean facilities, furniture repairs
- HVAC Trained - Repairs & Preventative Maintenance (Must have knowledge and training on repair of commercial HVAC Systems)
- Repairs basic plumbing, electrical and safety systems
- Experience with Flooring / Wall Tiles a plus
- Conduct performance assessments of commercial kitchen equipment / walk-in coolers, ice machines, cooking equipment
- Provide support and guidance on maintaining equipment
- Flexibility - Must be able to pivot for emergencies
- Review and maintain tickets on FreshDesk.
- Technology / Computer skills
- Good communication is vital and required.
Requirements:
- EPA Universal certification - non-negotiable
- 3+ years of independent Commercial HVAC repair and maintenance experience

Normal Schedule is Monday through Friday: 8am to 4:30pm
Locations are throughout Eastern NC, with majority in RDU Area. No company vehicle is given, but mileage is expensed for travel. Must have reliable transportation.
Pay Range depends on licenses, background and training / $26-$32/hr depending on experience
