This position requires at least 8 years experience. Across our portfolio we have a slew of HVAC equipment from chillers, cooling towers, boilers, geothermal, RTUs, mini-splits, VAVs, WSHP, etc. Must be type III/universal certified. Must have valid driver's license.
Minimum 8 years HVAC experience, HVAC Certifications, read blueprints, able to work with others, ability to work unsupervised, perform ongoing service maintenance on 20+ buildings, trouble shooting / diagnostics, service, installs, duct work, assisting replacement of RTUs, knowledge of basic circuitry, able to provide basic hand tools, valid PA Driver’s License, reliable transportation, competent in understanding and following directions, team player, ability to meet deadlines, and familiarity with all Bacnet Controls a plus.

95% of all work is located within 20 miles of the main office. Primary locations are Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, and Lemoyne. Rare off-hours work. No overnights, no travel, no seasonal lay-offs.
