Responsibilities:
As a Commercial HVAC Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Developing strategies to approach potential commercial clients and secure new business contracts.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their HVAC needs are met and exceeding their service expectations.
3. Conducting market research to stay updated on current industry trends and competitor activities.
4. Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Collaborating with the technical team to ensure that the proposed HVAC solutions meet the clients' needs.
6. Delivering professional presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the advantages of our HVAC services.
7. Resolving client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
8. Negotiating contracts with clients, ensuring both parties are satisfied with the terms.
9. Participating in industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Commercial HVAC Sales Representative role, candidates must have:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC Sales.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
