Commercial HVAC Sales Consultant

Primary Job Function: Represent the company to prospective commercial clients by identifying, developing, and qualifying project opportunities, including competitive bid work and design-build engagements. Leverage experience in mechanical systems and project estimation to prepare, present, and negotiate profitable proposals and service agreements. Responsible for managing the full sales cycle from opportunity development and bid preparation through contract execution, while maintaining strong customer relationships between the company and commercial clients.

Work Hours: 40 hours a week, which may include Saturday appointments.

Pay: Base pay plus commission, with expected annual earnings of $100,00 - 200,000 annually

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• Experience in mechanical design is strongly preferred
• Experience in bidding is preferred
• HVAC background is preferred
• Ability to work independently and self-manage
• Customer service knowledge with strong follow-up skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Great listening skills
• Computer proficiency, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel
• Positive attitude
