Commercial HVAC Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial HVAC Project Manager to join
our growing team. This role is responsible for estimating commercial HVAC equipment projects,
developing commercial planned maintenance contracts, and driving sales growth. The ideal
candidate will have strong HVAC technical knowledge, proven estimating experience, and a
background in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial HVAC equipment projects
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to develop detailed proposals
• Manage commercial HVAC projects from bid through completion
• Develop and actively grow commercial planned maintenance (PM) contracts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, property managers, and
  commercial clients
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Coordinate with operations, service, and installation teams to ensure project success
• Track project costs, budgets, and timelines
• Participate in sales presentations and client meetings

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred)
• Proven experience estimating commercial HVAC equipment
• Sales experience in any field (HVAC sales preferred but not required)
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Skills

• Established relationships within the commercial construction or property management
  industry
• Experience developing and selling planned maintenance agreements
• Strong project management and leadership abilities
