We are growing and currently looking for a Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative to join our team! Position Summary: Represent Coastal Air Plus to prospective commercial customers, drive new business through strategic prospecting and lead generation, and close service agreements. This role manages the full sales cycle, with a strong emphasis on self-generated leads in addition to company-provided opportunities, while building and maintaining long-term commercial client relationships.
Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, occasional overtime may be required
Pay Structure: Base + Commission. Target yearly compensation $100,000+

Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities
- Present company services and value propositions to potential commercial clients
- Qualify prospects and assess facility needs to recommend appropriate service agreements
- Prepare and present competitive, profitable maintenance agreement proposals
- Close sales and meet or exceed individual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with commercial customers
- Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new agreements
- Participate in networking events, business associations, and community outreach
