Commercial Hot/Cooking Equipment Service Technician - Entry Level Apprentice

Job Title:  - Commercial Cooking Equipment Entry Level Apprentice

Pay Scale: $18-$25 DOE

Work Hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion)

Primary Job Function: To assist a senior technician in performing maintenance and repairs on commercial cooking equipment according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Compensation: 401k match, health insurance, accrued vacation and holiday pay.

Reports to: Office Manager

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of cooking equipment
• Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
• Enroll in factory course and/or in-house training programs
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
• Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills
• Acquire EPA certification within 3 months of entering the Service Technician position
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude

• Universal EPA Certification
• Insurable driving record
• Possess the tools needed
