Job Summary
Mindak Commercial Construction is looking to add Commercial Framers to our crews! Whether you have 6 months or 5 years of experience, Mindak has a place for you. This is an opportunity to grow your carpentry skills, work with experienced crews, and build a rewarding long-term career.
As an Install Commercial Framer, you'll work on installing prefabricated wall panels and performing rough framing for commercial buildings, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on every project. This is a full-time, hands-on role with advancement opportunities, training, and year-round work.
Major Expectations & Accountabilities
Perform rough framing of commercial buildings according to project plans and specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy in framing layout and installation.
Safely use nail guns, saws, and other power tools to complete assigned tasks.
Install temporary supports and framing components as needed.
Ensure all materials are properly placed and secured.
Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
Follow all safety protocols and Mindak policies.
Collaborate with crew members and be willing to assist where needed.
Schedule & Pay
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (weekends optional)
40–50 hours per week with overtime pay
Paid weekly
$18–$30 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
All tools and training provided
Year-round work

What You'll Need to Be Successful
A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Basic understanding of carpentry tools and measurements.
Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
Commitment to job site safety and team collaboration.
Desire to learn and grow in the commercial construction trade.
Minimum Requirements
Valid U.S. driver's license
Some carpentry or framing experience preferred (we will train the right candidate!)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically active role.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
