Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Commercial Flooring Installer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the removal, installation, repair, prep, and finishing of a wide range of commercial flooring systems across active job sites.

Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and project specifications to ensure accurate layout and installation
Measure, cut, and install various flooring materials, including carpet tile, LVT/LVP, sheet vinyl, laminate, hardwood, resilient, and tile
Prepare surfaces through leveling, patching, grinding, and cleaning to ensure proper adhesion and finish
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently (cutting tools, drills, seam rollers, buffers, etc.)
Perform repairs, replacements, and finishing work to maintain quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized job site while following all safety protocols
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in commercial flooring installation (preferred)
Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry standards
Ability to read drawings and follow detailed instructions
Skilled in the safe use of hand tools and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation
Piece-rate pay: $1.25 per square foot installed
Consistent commercial workload with opportunity to maximize earnings based on productivity and efficiency
