QUALIFICATIONS
- Construction, fencing, or outdoor labor experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50–75 lbs
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork mindset
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Valid driver’s license preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with installation of chain link, ornamental, high-security fencing, gates, and related hardware
- Dig post holes using hand tools or power equipment
- Set, align, and secure fence posts in concrete
- Install fence panels, rails, fabric, gates, and accessories
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Take direction from crew leaders and project supervisors
- Assist with fence repairs, removals, and site clean-up
