We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Commercial and Residential Escrow Assistant opportunity with a National Title Company. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a top-producing team.

The Commercial and Residential Escrow Assistant is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

Transaction Support (Commercial & Residential)

  • Assist Escrow Officers with opening, processing, and closing residential and commercial escrow files from contract to funding.
  • Communicate professionally with buyers, sellers, lenders, realtors, attorneys, and internal departments to provide timely updates and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and review Settlement Statements / Closing Disclosures for cash and loan transactions.

Document Preparation & Closing

  • Coordinate preparation of deeds, releases, affidavits, commercial closing documents, and attorney-prepared instruments.
  • Obtain and review final loan documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Schedule signings, coordinate mobile notaries, and obtain executed documents from all parties.

Funding, Recording & Disbursement

  • Obtain lender funding authorizations for residential and commercial transactions.
  • Balance files and coordinate wire transfers for payoffs, proceeds, commissions, and commercial disbursements.
  • Notify all parties upon funding and closing.

Post-Closing & Policy Issuance

  • Upload executed documents into title software and maintain complete transaction files.
  • Request issuance of final title insurance policies, binders, and endorsements.
  • Assist with mailing completed title policies and archiving closed files.

Compliance & Administrative Support

  • Maintain Escrow Officer License and Notary Public status, if applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, lender requirements, and company policies.
  • Provide phone and administrative coverage as needed to support office operations.

Required qualifications for the position include:

  • Prior experience in commercial and residential escrow required.
  • Knowledge of escrow, title, and closing procedures for commercial and residential transactions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workloads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with title/escrow software and Microsoft Office.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Pay Rate Range: $65K to $80K per hour 

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
