Duties:
-Lead the “ONSITE” Management and Coordination of the ALL Sub-Contractors Work!
-Compile Daily Project Reports
Requirements:
-Prior Experience as a SUPERINTENDENT, Overseeing COMMERCIAL Construction Build-Out / Renovation Projects !
-General Working Knowledge of ALL Crafts, with the Ability to Read Drawings and Understanding Specifications !
-MUST pass a Drug Test !
Details:
-$80k to $100k a year ( Depending on Experience )
-Home at Night , NO TRAVEL
