Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Superintendent position include:

• 3–15+ years of commercial construction experience (TI experience required) – Oversee commercial projects ranging from $60K to $17M across multiple job sites.
• Ability to create and manage full Gantt schedules from plans (Day One expectation) – Maintain and update schedules daily to ensure on-time delivery.
• Strong financial oversight skills – Manage project budgets, review subcontractor scopes, assist with buyout, and approve subcontractor payments.
• Proficiency in ProCore, Buildertrend, and Microsoft Office/Google platforms – Maintain organized project documentation, daily logs, and photo records.
• Blueprint reading and GD&T-level plan comprehension as a GC – Verify layout, enforce quality control, and ensure subcontractor compliance with plans and submittals.
• Experience supervising 30+ subcontractors and vendors – Lead OAC meetings, enforce safety standards, and delegate effectively rather than self-performing trade work.
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills – Foster client relationships, document all communication, and professionally resolve conflicts.
• OSHA knowledge and jobsite safety leadership – Maintain compliance, coordinate inspections, and ensure a safe, organized jobsite environment.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including discretionary bonuses, 401k with company match and 2-year vesting, medical coverage paid for the employee up to $500 toward selected plans, two weeks PTO, five paid major holidays, an additional 48 hours of sick time, closure the last week of the year, $650 monthly truck allowance, cell phone allowance, computer provided, and local travel within approximately a one-hour radius.
