Job Details

The Project Manager will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful execution on schedule, on budget, and to quality standards.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasting

Coordinate owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal staff

Oversee contract administration, change orders, and procurement

Lead project meetings and provide clear stakeholder communication

Monitor project risks, safety, and quality performance

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong financial, scheduling, and contract management skills

Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders

Experience with commercial interiors, base building, or complex commercial projects preferred
