Commercial Concrete Foreman

Innovative Concrete, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Foreman to lead our dynamic crews. The Commercial Concrete Foreman will play a key role in supervising job site activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

In this leadership position, your experience will be essential in instructing team members and resolving on-site challenges efficiently. You will lead with a focus on safety protocols and best practices, ensuring a productive work environment for all team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all activities of concrete laborers and finishers on job sites.
• Interpret blue prints and project specifications, assigning tasks accordingly.
• Promote and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure high-quality work is completed on schedule and meets all specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of work progress, materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to report on progress and address issues.
• Maintain accurate records of workforce, daily activities, and timelines.
• Participate in planning and scheduling of concrete pours and finishing operations.
• Address and resolve anu on-site issues or conflicts effectively.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of concrete experience with a minimum of 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a crew.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, tools, and safety standards.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to read understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to pass a federal criminal background check and drug screening.
