Location: Tampa, FL (field-based within the Tampa metro area)

What You'll Do

You'll build and grow commercial relationships across: multi-family, office space, healthcare, senior care, hospitality, HOA/condo associations, schools, and universities.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Build and grow relationships with regional directors, property managers, facility directors, engineering teams, and maintenance managers
  • Turn first conversations into long-term preferred vendor partnerships
  • Develop opportunities across water, fire, contents, and large-loss restoration for commercial and multi-site portfolios
  • Maintain accounts through consistent touchpoints, site visits, job updates, and proactive communication
  • Coordinate internal handoffs so clients feel taken care of from start to finish
  • Manage a clean pipeline: document activity, forecast accurately, and track results against targets
  • Represent our brand with professionalism, urgency, and integrity, every visit, every call

Pay, Benefits, and Tools Provided

  • Full-time, W-2 Employment
  • Base salary: $60,000 to $80,000/year (based on experience)
  • Commission: 3% on closed business 
  • Company vehicle + company credit card
