Job Summary
This position assist consumers with the resolution of past due accounts across multiple market verticals such as healthcare, retail, and government. Candidates must be adaptable, assertive, dependable, and persistent in order to secure payment arrangements with consumers by phone and bringing delinquent accounts current. The position has realistic goals and productivity measures to ensure success for each employee while helping our customers resolve their accounts.
- Make outbound calls and take inbound calls from consumers to determine proper resolution and/or payment arrangements for account balances.
- Negotiate repayment terms that work for both the consumer, client, and company.
- Obtain and enter accurate demographic or other pertinent information into database.
- Utilize a variety of systems and web-based tools to research and find resolution.
- Comply with State and Federal Laws governing the collection industry.
Compensation & Benefits
- $15.25 per hour with opportunity for increases and commission with CSC's Collector or Career Path Program.

- Commission based compensation plan with lucrative payouts available after progressing to Collections Specialist (can be completed within as little as 1 month).

Qualifications
- No collections experience necessary
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented, and highly productive manner
- Respectful and empathetic towards customers’ situations
- Must pass post offer background check
Working Conditions
- In office Monday – Friday 8am-5pm – 40hrs / week
- Weekends and holidays off
