Salary: $45,000 – $60,000 (DOE)

Overview of the Collections Specialist Role:
Manage assigned accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and disputes
Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts
Post payments and assist with account reconciliation
Maintain accurate documentation of collection activity
Requirements:
1–3 years of collections or accounts receivable experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working with Excel and accounting systems
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
