Responsibilities of the Collections Specialist:
• Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email to resolve past-due balances
• Research and reconcile account discrepancies to support accurate records
• Maintain detailed documentation of collection activities and payment arrangements
• Partner with internal teams to improve processes and reduce aging balances
• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or related experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
