Collections Representative I Hawthorne, NY 3 Months Payrate: $22/hr This is an on-site position Length of the project is 2 months initial duration with an option to be extended and to become FTE. 1-3 years of experience Customer support, Collections or directly related experience Proficient on Excel Ability to handle high volumes of work, must be able to multitask and still remain focused. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Reviews open invoices to identify delinquent accounts. </li><li>Initiates collection calls. </li><li>Researches account discrepancies. </li><li>Communicates collection results/problems with national Account Managers. </li><li>Take complete ownership of managing information to various associates regarding correct billing and customer satisfaction on accounts. </li><li>Makes applicable notes in system as to any pertinent collection activity or customer contact.
