Job Title: Cold Foam Operator
Pay: $20 - $22 per hour ($3 differential on 2nd shift)
Hours: 2nd shift

What You’ll Do:
As a Cold Foam Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating and maintaining foam production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitoring production processes and adjusting parameters as needed to meet quality standards.
  • Assisting in the setup and teardown of production lines while following all safety protocols.
  • Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborating with team members to promote operational efficiency and effective communication.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is a plus but not required.
