Co-Warehouse Manager – Fulfillment Center (Las Vegas, NV)

Our client is a well-established organization with over 16 years in operation and approximately 10 years in the same Las Vegas warehouse location . Headquartered in Oakville, Ontario (Canada) , they operate a fulfillment center in Las Vegas focused on pick, pack, receive, and stock operations. They are a growing, fast-paced business and we pride ourselves on long-term relationships with both our customers and our team.

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a hands-on Co-Warehouse Manager to work closely with our existing management team at their Las Vegas fulfillment center. This role is ideal for a leader who is equally comfortable managing people and processes and working side-by-side on the warehouse floor .
The Co-Warehouse Manager will help reduce turnover by improving training, enforcing processes, and providing consistent leadership . You will be trusted to take ownership of day-to-day operations so senior leadership can rely on you to run the warehouse effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Workflow
    • Oversee daily warehouse operations in a fulfillment environment (picking, packing, receiving, stocking).
    • Work hands-on on the floor alongside warehouse staff; this is not a sit-in-the-office role .
    • Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
    • Coordinate with other managers to maintain smooth shift handoffs and coverage.
  • People Management & Training
    • Lead, coach, and support warehouse staff to ensure proper adherence to training and processes .
    • Own and enforce the training process , ensuring new hires are onboarded correctly and consistently.
    • Address performance issues, provide feedback, and help build a stable, engaged team.
    • Work to reduce turnover by improving communication, guidance, and expectations.
  • Process & Compliance
    • Ensure staff follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) .
    • Identify gaps in training or process and recommend improvements.
    • Support a safe and organized work environment, following all workplace safety guidelines.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Work closely with existing warehouse managers to share responsibilities and maintain continuity as a long-term manager transitions out.
    • Communicate regularly with leadership (based in Canada) regarding staffing, performance, and operational issues.
    • Be responsive and reliable in a fast-paced, often 24/7-style operational environment.


Qualifications
Required:

  • Proven management or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example on the floor —comfortable getting “hands dirty” and working alongside the team.
  • Strong people management and training skills :
    • Able to follow and enforce training processes.
    • Comfortable holding staff accountable in a fair, consistent way.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with both staff and leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a fulfillment / pick-pack-ship environment.
  • Experience improving training programs or reducing turnover in prior roles.
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse systems (WMS, inventory, etc.).


Work Environment

  • Fast-paced fulfillment center in Las Vegas, NV.
  • Hands-on, floor-based management role (not primarily office-based).
  • Requires flexibility to support operations in a business that does not strictly run 9–5 (specific schedule to be defined).


Compensation & Benefits

  • Direct-hire position (not temporary or contract).

  • Reducing warehousing cost with improved warehouse operations
