We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Waterjet Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery, read blueprints, and maintaining precision while cutting materials using waterjet equipment. 

Schedule:
Full-time | Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm or Monday- Thursday 5:00am- 3:30pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC waterjet & saw cutting equipment to process sheet metal, plastic sheets, and rubber materials
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, cut lists, and job travelers
  • Set up cutting programs, fixtures, and materials for each job
  • Monitor machine operation to ensure accuracy, quality, and safe performance
  • Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality
  • Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
  • Collaborate with production team to meet daily schedules and quality standards
Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to read prints required
  • Prior experience operating CNC waterjet or similar equipment required
  • Prior experience working in fabrication / job shop environment
  • Basic ERP experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills, reliability and attention to detail required
