Support production of tight tolerance components for aerospace, defense, and advanced technology applications. Operate CNC milling machines (Fanuc, Okuma, Brother controls). Run tight tolerance production (±.0005 typical). Perform in-process inspection and maintain dimensional control. Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T. Make tool offset adjustments and minor program edits as needed. Maintain organized and clean work area. Follow documented quality procedures. For experienced candidates: Perform full machine setups independently. Experience operating CNC milling machines. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Working understanding of GD&T. Comfortable using micrometers, indicators, height gage, and precision measuring tools.
