CNC Milling Machinist (5-Axis) - 2nd Shift

Our client is looking for a skilled CNC Milling Machinist with 5-axis experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine setup, operation, and adjustments, requiring minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities:
- Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and operate CNC machining centers efficiently.
- Troubleshooting: Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot controllers, machines, and processes as needed.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Work from blueprint requirements to select tools, set feeds, and determine speeds.
- Quality Inspection: Inspect machined parts using precision hand tools to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools, equipment, and machines.
- Tool Management: Monitor and reorder tools as necessary.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 2-3 years in CNC 5-axis milling setup and operations.
- Physical Capability: Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
