CNC Maintenance Technician

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school preferred
- 3+ years of experience maintaining CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and machine diagrams
- Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, or similar CNC controls preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose machine faults and minimize downtime through efficient repairs
- Maintain and repair CNC equipment such as mills, lathes, and automated machinery
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues
- Assists production team in making sure all workstations have the necessary tools for each machine
- Oversees all outside contractors ensuring that they follow all CWM safety policies
- Directs CNC Janitor in their daily activities
- Maintain maintenance logs and documentation for repairs and inspections
- Operates a CNC machine as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
We are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The CNC Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on CNC machines and related manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and experience working in a manufacturing environment.
