Position Type: Temp-to-Perm (600 Hours)

- Pay: $32.00 –$37.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Overtime: Flexible as needed
- Schedule: 40+ hours per week
- Perform multiple daily setups on CNC 5-Axis mills with Okuma OSP controls
- Program, edit, and optimize machining processes (Mastercam, SolidWorks, and related CAM software)
- Adjust feeds, speeds, tooling paths, and offsets to maximize efficiency and tool life
- Troubleshoot complex technical, tooling, and fixture issues to improve production flow
- Interpret work orders, blueprints, engineering drawings, materials, and specifications
- Apply advanced GD&T, blueprint reading, and shop math in tight-tolerance environments
- Inspect own work using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards
- Support and mentor other machinists with setup, operation, and problem resolution
- Advanced-level CNC machining experience
- 5-Axis mill experience required
- Strong hands-on experience with Okuma OSP controls
- Proven programming capability (CAM software required)
- Ability to independently optimize machining parameters
- Experience in tight-tolerance manufacturing environments
- Background check required
- NIMS Certification
- Okuma OSP Control Training
- 5-Axis Programming Certification
- GD&T Certification
- Formal machining schooling
