TMD Staffing is looking to hire CNC Machinist Lead in the South side of Houston, 77053 area!
WORK ENVIRONMENT
In Person- Houston Texas
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team of Machinist
Mill-turn machines and dual spindle/dual turret lathes
Run Okuma OSP Controls, Mazak Smooth / Matrix Controls
Select and manage tooling per job requirements
Read blueprints and program directly from prints using Mazatrol Conversational and Okuma IGF Conversational
Perform complete First Article Inspections prior to QC handoff
Work in a fast-paced startup environment
Handle manual lifting up to 50 lbs
REQUIREMENTS
Must have experience as a Lead with in a fast-paced, high-producing environment, focused on precision machining for oil & gas, defense, and high performance components.
5+ years in machining, CNC, mill, lathe and read blue prints
Must know Okuma OSP Controls, Mazak Smooth/Matrix Controls
Fluent in English
PAY RATE
$30-35/hour, DOE
SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 4:30PM
