Set-up and program CNC routers – Utilizing KOMO CNC router machines plus others.
Properly communicate with management to resolve machining and scheduling issues.
Maintain safe work practices and an orderly and clean work area utilizing 5S procedures.
Understand LEAN manufacturing principles.
Read blueprints and interpret mechanical drawings.
Proper use of Micrometers and Calipers for inspection.
High attention to detail and be able to self-motivate.
Minimum of 3 to 7 years’ Vertical Machining Center (VMC) experience.
Must be able to lift 55 lbs.

Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions, a must.
