Pay- $16.756:00am-2:30pm, M-F
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced 1st-level CNC Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce high-quality parts and components in a fast-paced, industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and perform routine maintenance and adjustments to ensure optimal performance
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to determine the appropriate machining processes
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain detailed records of production, machine performance, and any issues encountered
- Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a CNC machine operator
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Demonstrated ability to set up, program, and operate a variety of CNC machines
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
