HireCall is currently seeking experienced CNC Machinists for both day and night shifts with a reputable manufacturing company in the Tulsa area. Purpose Statement
The CNC Machinist will lead employees and oversee departmental processes, including CNC and manual machining and related inspections, in a machine shop environment to ensure high-quality product output. This role requires alignment with company core values and maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Schedule
- Day & Night Shifts Available
- Night Shift includes $1.00/hr differential
- Overtime may be required
Pay
- $22–$26/hour DOE
- +$1.00 shift differential (nights)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate machining department activities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines, lathes, and mills
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
- Ensure all parts meet dimensional and cosmetic quality standards
- Communicate and resolve production, quality, or scheduling issues
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records
- Monitor scrap, rework, and equipment performance
- Support continuous improvement and document updates
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with:
- CNC machine centers & numerical lathes
- Manual mills and lathes
- Shop equipment (saws, drill press, etc.)
- Ability to:
- Adjust programs and machine parts manually when needed
- Perform inspections using precision tools:
- Calipers, micrometers, depth mics
- Indicators, pin/thread gages
- CMM, optical comparator, profilometer
- Proficient in reading:
- Blueprints and GD&T (preferred)
- Bills of materials and routers
- Strong troubleshooting skills for machining and quality issues
